Another way that is effective, according to Dr.Sophia Hage, the sports medicine specialist, is to carry out sports activities.

"In sports, we delight ourselves. Because no body's endorphins are released. In addition, because the body's benefit, we have a special motivation, "said Sophia.

However, there are some things that must be taken to ensure that the sport can be effective. "We have to find what the appropriate sport and we like it. If we get a workout in the negative energy, the result will be negative as well. If positive, we can also be positive. This will be the driving force of its own to control eating someone. Sophia also suggested that we take the time to eat after exercise. "When we exercise, desire to eat must always appear. Do not follow the lust. Let your body rest one to two hours, then eat, "he said.

To help speed up the burning of calories, he suggested the exercise of moderate intensity by doing more cardio exercise such as jogging, swimming and cycling.
